Day of Wedding Coordinator - Base Package

Our Day Of package is perfect for couples that have planned their dream wedding but need the detailed tied together by a professional so they and their families can actually enjoy the day! Leaving the stress of coordinating the vendors, rehearsal, ceremony & reception to us! Here’s a brief outline of what this package includes:

  • Wedding coordinator will attend/arriving 2-3 hours prior to wedding start time
  • Direct Wedding Ceremony and Reception
  • Oversee vendor arrival/main point of contact for vendors
  • Transport items from the ceremony to reception (size limits apply)
  • Ensure decor is set according to plan
  • Design, direct and plan bride and groom exit
  • Deliver snacks and beverages to the wedding party (additional fee)
  • Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
  • Pin flowers on family and attendants, distribute bouquets and oversees all other floral placements
  • Ensure timeline is followed and according to plan
  • Setup items:  toasting glasses, cake knife, guest book, place cards
  • Box up all remaining cake and prepare to go meal if needed, distribute favors to guests
